材料
  • グリーンオリーブ種あり 1缶
  • ブラックオリーブ種あり 1缶
  • アンチョビ 50g
  • セミドライトマト 50g
  • ニンニク 5g
  • ピュアオリーブオイル 400cc
手順
  1. ミキサーに刻んだニンニクを5g、アンチョビ50g、セミドライトマト50g、ピュアオリーブオイル400ccを入れる
  2. 全体が細かくなるまで混ぜる
  3. 水気を切ったオリーブをボールへ移す
  4. ミキサーで混ぜたソースをオリーブに絡める
  5. 全体が馴染む様に丁寧に
  6. 混ぜ終わったら、小分けの容器に移す
    7.ひと晩、冷蔵庫で寝かせて完成
